Important to Read Before Use:
To Use Bottle:
Sterilize all components before first use.
Insert nipple into nipple collar and thread securely onto bottle.
Wash thoroughly after each use.
Top rack dishwasher safe.
Store with nipple cover on to keep clean.
To Use Food Storage Containers:
Wash before use.
Top rack dishwasher safe.
Unlock the lid before use in the microwave oven.
Warning:
Wash all components before use.
Do not heat bottle in a microwave oven because it can create hot spots in milk or formula and may result in burns or scalding. If you use bottle in a microwave oven always remove the nipple, bottle lid, nipple collar, and end cap before warming.
Always test the temperature of liquid before feeding baby or toddler.
Inspect the nipple for signs of wear such as tackiness, tears or cracks and replace if necessary.
Inspect by pulling the bulb portion of the nipple. Any tear may may lead to a piece seperating from the nipple and can be a possible choking hazard.
Inspect bottles thoroughly before each use for sharp edges, fragments or flakes of glass, chips and cracks and discontinue use immediately if any are found.
Consult your health care provider about proper bottle feeding.
Caution:
Do Not let the baby use this Glass Bottle unattended. Do Not let the baby use this in bed, or while crawling or walking.
Sudden temperature changes can cause glass to crack or even break.
Do Not store with lids securely sealed.
